Summary: Improve Container Log to also capture the Command fired
by Datanode

Currently container logs only capture the state of the container. But it would
be really helpful if the container logs also captures information on the
command fired to datanode command queue or datanode's container state machine.
This info would be helpful to correlate with events happening across datanodes,
for instance debugging replicationManager commands, ContainerBalancer commands
etc.
