[~swamirishi] The Ranger side support for this was done in RANGER-3657, which
never got merged. Even if we'd have the ability for this, the change should be
done in Ranger (to set *ranger.plugin.ozone.optimized.subaccesspath.enabled* to
true by default). I think we should close this.
