- TestOzoneShellHA and TestOzoneShellHAWithFSO are not run due
{{ClassNotFoundException}} when starting MiniKMS (HDDS-11879).
- TestOzoneShellHA and TestOzoneShellHAWithFSO have some failures due to recent
changes, which were made while the tests were effectively disabled.
- TestOzoneShellHAWithFSO leaks OzoneClient because it starts two clusters, but
stops only one.
Only one test case requires KMS. I propose splitting that test case to a
separate class to get coverage for the rest.
