These config keys belong to Ozone Manager, rename (with deprecation):

ozone.default.bucket.layout -> ozone.om.server.default.bucket.layout
ozone.server.default.replication -> ozone.om.server.default.replication
ozone.server.default.replication.type ->
ozone.om.server.default.replication.type
{code}
(With {{om.}} in the name, including {{server.}} seems to be optional. Can
include it for additional clarity, since the same settings are not used as
default at the client-side.)
