[~sshenoy] Initially I assumed during bootstrap the snapshots are downloaded
one after another and printing the current snapshot under download will help.
But after few test I realized its not snapshot by snapshot.
By snapshot I am referring to the one under
/var/lib/hadoop-ozone/om/data/db.snapshots/checkpointState/ dir.
I will correct the jira description. I am still reviewing the current process
of bootstrap with few more tests.
Overall ask in this jira would be to have some logging indicating the progress
on bootstrap process.
