In one of the clusters we have seen, DNs hit disk out-of-space exceptions. This
task is to review and make du reserved space respected correctly.
There are different path where containers created at DNs
1. While allocating new containers
2. In replication flow, the destination container downloads and imports the
container.
These places should maintain accurate rolling counts to incorporate the ongoing
container sizes. The allocation should always respect du reserved space.
