Description: Improve config name {{"ozone.om.layout.version" to
enable/disable feature.}} (was: Presently we used
{{"ozone.om.layout.version"}} configuration, which is not reflecting the
feature name. This task is to provide feature name to the config property,
respective {{V1}} classes, test classes etc.)
