Description:
There is lot of duplication between *AbstractOzoneFileSystemTest* and
{*}AbstractRootedOzoneFileSystemTest{*}. Common test cases should be extracted
to {*}OzoneFileSystemTests{*}, as it was already done for
{*}{{listStatusIteratorOnPageSize}}{*}.
(Can create further sub-tasks for groups of test cases, if necessary.)
