HDDS-8715 added workaround to fix the thread rename issue caused by HDFS-13566.
HDFS-13566 is fixed by HADOOP-18433 in Hadoop 3.4.x (and in 3.3.6).
Since Ozone has upgraded to Hadoop 3.4.1, we should be able to remove the
workaround added by HDDS-8715.
