Testing HDDS-12499 had to deviate from the
[instructions|https://github.com/apache/ozone-docker-runner/blob/7f23daed2cee10219a29d2a8ff395849378d0f56/CONTRIBUTING.md?plain=1#L58]
at two points to be successful:
* Fixing a trivial typo: {{ghcr.io}} instead of {{ghrc.io}}
* Changing the image reference in check.yml instead of ci.yml (since
HDDS-11813 recently moved it there)
Make CONTRIBUTING.md reflect these changes.
