Description:
There have been a few gaps identified in the release manager guide during the
1.4.1 release process. This Jira is to update the guide in the new website with
our findings once the release goes out. Current updates required:
* Better docs on doing regular patch releases
* Year in NOTICE file needs to be updated
* Add instructions to create a blank keybox when testing the release signatures
* -Supported versions in SECURITY file need to be updated.- (obsoleted by
HDDS-11671)
* Upgrade default Ozone version in the [Helm
chart|https://github.com/apache/ozone-helm-charts]
