Description:
In this JIRA, we
- move the table javadoc from OmMetadataManagerImpl to OMDBDefinition,
- add table names, and
- reorganize the table definitions.
We will remove the table names declared in OmMetadataManagerImpl in the next
JIRA (HDDS-12933) in order to avoid a very big change (> 200k).
