Summary: Add a counter for total volumes and healthy volumes per
node in `ozone admin datanode list`

Currently there is no way from the CLI to identify which datanodes have failed
volumes. We can add a counter for each node entry in {{ozone admin datanode
list}} so that all datanodes with failed volumes in the cluster can be
identified. Information about the specific volumes can be obtained from {{ozone
admin datanode info}} for each node to keep the listing output brief.
