## What changes were proposed in this pull request? Copying a pipeline and changing its datanodes should also update its pipeline ID, to avoid issues like HDDS-13166 and HDDS-13073. For a single-node pipeline we can use the datanode's ID. Also reduce duplication by extracting methods to copy a pipeline for read. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-13171 ## How was this patch tested?
