Description:
Enhance the /datanodes endpoint in Recon to include a new field
`pendingDeletions`, which represents the amount of data (in bytes) currently
pending deletion at the DataNode side.
As part of this enhancement:
* Add the `pendingDeletions` field to `DatanodeUsageInfoProto` and
`StorageReportProto` to ensure the data is available throughout the reporting
and processing pipeline.
