## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR removes `CommonConfigurationKeys` constants and replaces them with `CommonConfigurationKeysPublic` constants. If a constant can’t be replaced with `CommonConfigurationKeysPublic`, then a new private constant (which is not connected with `CommonConfigurationKeys`) is used.
