This task is to revisit the _prefix based test cases_ and avoid/minimize code
duplications, if any.
+Note:-+ TestOzoneFileSystem, TestRootedFileSystem, TestObjectStore etc cases
should be needed to verify both the SIMPLE and PREFIX layouts. All these tests
are verifying the ozoneClient(ofs, o3fs, objectstore) client facing APIs and
the behavior should be same for both the layouts.
