Great, I would like to suggest a PR!
Based on other examples and [S3 Gateway (S3G)
docs|https://ozone.apache.org/docs/edge/concept/networkports.html#:~:text=entire%20Ozone%20cluster-,S3%20Gateway%20(S3G),-Default%20Port%20Number]
I would define two ports: rest (9878/9879) and web (19878/19879), and the
liveness probe that requests the web port.
Also, I think the solution should be aligned with upstream issue [HDDS-13397 S3
and HttpFS gateways are failing on deployment from Kubernetes resource
examples|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-13397].
