Description:
Goals:
- Deprecate {{-id}} by hiding it, but continue accepting it.
- OM-specific commands ({{ozone admin om}}) should accept both
{{\-\-om-service-id}} and {{\-\-service-id}}.
- Other commands ({{ozone freon}}, {{ozone s3}}, etc.), should continue to
accept only {{\-\-om-service-id}}.
- Use the same option(s) for OM host across all commands that support non-HA.
- Create reusable class for these options.
