Initially the changes were made under the existing
`/deletePending/dirs/summary` API itself, but as per the discussion
[link](https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/8591#discussion_r2136920609) - we
have moved out this information from there as it might slow-down the Recon
Overview Page!
