Enhance calculation of pending bytes for DN from the passed bytes info from SCM
Current approach its using delete_txn and block_data to calculate pending
bytes. It adds additional overhead to iterate over this tables for all the txns
and calculation. So as part of
HDDS-13184 unreplicated size of pending deletion will be passed from SCM to DN
and that can be used for calculation.
