@ChenSammi In this change, pending deletion is calculated by iterating over
the rocksdb.
As part of [HDDS-13480](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-13480),
we plan to enhance this by handling it through block size information passed
from SCM to Datanodes during delete transactions.
