The initial Jira description is a bit sparse, but I think the goal here was
to actually log all key names, directory names, and block IDs that were deleted
at each step.
Also for the structures logged in braces like `{blocksToDelete=4,
containerID=1, txnID=1} ` let's use proper json. The current formatting is
inconsistent with use of = vs : and commas.
