Release Note:
Enable rpm builds for Ozone.
To build rpm packages, do: mvn clean package -DskipTests=true -Prpm.
Optionally specify -Drpm.targetArch=aarch64 for ARM builds.
The Ozone binary will be installed under /opt/ozone directory.
