Description:
Currently Hadoop RPC and Grpc use different protobuf versions. The latter one
is also incorrectly used with Ratis.
- Try to Harmonize the protobuf3 versions
- Clarify related version properties
- Simplify the steps of compiling protos for use with shaded dependencies
