Summary: Reduce duplicate codes used in TestNSSummaryEndpoint tests

I noticed that the following test classes contain a lot of duplicate code:
* {{TestNSSummaryEndpointWithFSO}}
* {{TestNSSummaryEndpointWithLegacy}}
* {{TestNSSummaryEndpointWithOBSAndLegacy}}
It would be better to refactor them into a common test class that accepts the
layout type as a parameter, or organize them in a more structured and
understandable way to avoid redundancy.
