Summary: Hard link list file should have all paths relative to

Currently all files that correspond to active om db is not relative to om
metadata directory. It would be better if all the files in the hardlink file
link list is consistently relative to om metadata directory keeping it
consistent not having different logic for active om.db and snapshot dbs
