Review Comment:
I don't think that is correct. You must call onComplete after sending the
last request to the server to indicate there are no more messages expected to
be sent to the server. It is possible to call onNext() several times to send
distinct messages to the server. You are still able to call "cancel()" on the
request observer after it is completed, at least that appears to work correctly.
