Description:
Currently the CLI only support "ozone s3 getsecret", but has no user or admin
command to revoke the secret, or to rotate the secret. Add a new command or two
to do that.
I'm thinking "ozone s3 revokesecret" and "ozone s3 rotatesecret" for the user
himself. For admin we can have something like "ozone admin om s3secret
revoke/rotate -u userA", maybe in another jira.
