[~weichiu] I have a PR up which added DistCp to the Integrations section, and
populated it with the same content as the version 1 website. There weren't
changes to distcp operation for 2.0, but as a content TODO I will need to
verify that the Kerberos and encryption instructions still apply in Apache 2.x.
Style issues have gone unaddressed - it is basic markdown.
