Summary: Split usage state from OmBucketInfo

OmBucketInfo has the following major parts:
1. unmodifiable properties (e.g. name, parent volume)
2. infrequently changed state (e.g. ACL)
3. frequently changed state (used bytes/namespace)
To reduce unnecessary serialization and copying, frequently changed state
should be split into its own class and column family.
