Hi @chiacyu, @slfan1989, @jojochuang! I know it's been a while since this patch was merged, but I wanted to use the leader readiness state recently and found that this value always shows the current OM's "leader readiness state", so if it's not a leader it'll go with `NOT_LEADER` for all the OMs, for the leader it'll show `LEADER_AND_READY` for every OM. I checked out the merge commit from here and I see it's not working properly either. The screenshot attached to the PR shows different values, but only 2 OMs, so is it mocked data?
