pendingDeletion?component=\{om/scm/dn} → PendingDeletion info if component = dn
→ return status and data
If status is in-progress → return empty result
If status is success → return pending deletion list of all DN, total pending
bytes
UI → first access → return in progress
poll API until get success in some interval like 5 sec, next api call will
again return in-progress, poll under get success.
