Description:
We're using an ancient k8s version: 1.21.2. The latest is 1.34.2

We should update k3s version, and make sure all k8s doc
([https://ozone.apache.org/docs/edge/start/kubernetes.html)] and scripts work
with the latest kubernetes 1.34.2. We should also state in the doc the version
of kubernetes tests with.
