Since the official AWS S3 documentation only mentions 404 for no multipart uploads, changing to 204 might not be the right way to go. The Mint commit https://github.com/minio/mint/commit/a1b4fb2c255e6dcb846d2c9010372c84b69ae313 also does not add any reference to why it needs to return 204.
