This task to improve *WithFSO classes(both source and test codes) by reducing
duplicate codes.
+Note:+ As these two code path(simple/prefix) uses two different DB tables and
different DB metadata syntax we have followed a pattern to keep existing logic
as it is and keep the feature code in a completely new java classes.
