It is to discuss and brainstorm on implementing RDMA transport option in Ozone,
so that high-performance expected workloads running on GPU clusters can take
advantage of fast IO.
If a cluster is capable of being equipped with GPUs at DNs, we could even
evaluate enabling GPUDirect options on top of RDMA.
