Support OBS keys in ContainerToKeyMapping as a container can have either FSO or
OBS or both.
Add a flag to indicate that the user just wants file names without rebuilding
the full FSO tree. This would save considerable time in cases where we just
want to see if something/anything is affected, even if it might be pending
deletion.
