{{OMFileRequest.getDirectoryInfo}} creates {{OmDirectoryInfo}} from
{{OmKeyInfo}}, copying list of {{acls}}, map of {{metadata}} and {{tags}}.
After HDDS-14151 we can skip copying by storing {{OmKeyInfo}}'s immutable
collections directly.
