The {{FSORepairTool}} currently performs individual RocksDB write operations
when populating the temporary {{reachable}} and {{pendingToDelete}} tables. For
buckets with thousands of files and directories, this results in poor
performance due to excessive fsync overhead. This issue proposes using RocksDB
batch operations to significantly improve performance.
