## What changes were proposed in this pull request? This PR reduces the copying of `acls`, `metadata` and `tags`. Instead, we could use `OmKeyInfo`, `AclBuilder` and `MapBuilder`. ### Modifications - Add private `OmDirectoryInfo.Builder` - Add public `OmDirectoryInfo.Builder toDirectoryInfoBuilder()` - To fit for `Hadoop2 Test`, the return type of `OmKeyInfo#getAcls()` keeps `List<OzoneAcl>`. ## What is the link to the Apache JIRA https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14172 ## How was this patch tested?
