The goal of this task is to create a variant of the
[{{apache/ozone}}|https://github.com/apache/ozone-docker] image with reduced
size.
Update {{Dockerfile}}, but target the branch {{slim}} instead of {{latest}}.
Change {{OZONE_RUNNER_VERSION}} to {{...-slim} (exact name to be specified
after HDDS-14229).
Update the {{RUN}} command to delete unnecessary files after
download/extraction.
