After HDDS-13415, we have
- RDBBatchOperation,
- RDBBatchOperation.Operation (and its subclasses),
- RDBBatchOperation.Op.
The RDBBatchOperation.Op enum is no longer needed. Also, we should use
generic type for supporting both CodecBuffer and byte[] (but not duplicating
the code).
