The `putObjectAclSuccessLatencyNs` and `putObjectAclFailureLatencyNs` metrics
are defined and used in `updatePutObjectAclSuccessStats()` and
`updatePutObjectAclFailureStats()` methods, but the corresponding snapshots are
missing in the `getMetrics()` method, preventing these latency metrics from
being collected and reported by the metrics system.
