We spent most of 2025 rewriting the Ozone Snapshot implementation to:
1. prevent race conditions among many internal threads in OM.
2. drastically reduced disk usage of SST files in Compaction backup directory.
3. speed up OM bootstrapping process.
4. drastically reduced disk usage of consecutive snapshots.
These efforts results in a new Ozone Snapshot system that is able to support an
order of magnitude more snapshots than the previous one. In fact, calling it
"Ozone Snapshot v2" isn't an exaggeration.
