Hi [~nanda] , I’m interested in taking a look at this. Could you clarify the
intended scope of the refactoring?
{{SafeModeRuleFactory}} currently has a high number of constructor parameters.
Would you prefer a approach where we introduce a {{Builder}} class to
encapsulate these, or are you looking to remove specific arguments entirely to
decouple the factory from certain dependencies?
