The first two properties ozone.default.bucket.layout,
ozone.s3g.default.bucket.layout are already documented in v2 site.
The third one is an undocumented property it's not even in ozone-default.xml.
IMO this is the correct behavior it doesn't make much sense to make it
configurable.
