Description:
Recon overview page should be updated to show Ozone Available, Ozone Capacity,
Ozone Used etc. similar to HDDS-14446. If the UI allows that cleanly, we may
also be able to filesystem stats and add a short explainer for each term.
EDIT: As commented in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-14388, we
should also remove non-ozone-used space.
