Thanks @0lai0 for working on this. FYI, till now there is no blog published for DiskBalancer. DN doesn't report to SCM about the disk balancer status now. Using CLI user can get the status directly from Datanode. Now SCM has been removed from between. All CLI commands are sent directly from user to DN.
