Fill in the content for bucket owners in the v2 doc. Currently there's none in
the v1 doc.
A bucket has a single owner. A bucket's property may be updated by its owner or
admin (if ozone native ACL) otherwise it is determined by Ranger policy.
describe the command to update bucket owner
ozone sh bucket update -u <new owner> <bucket>
e.g.
ozone sh bucket update -u user1 vol1/bucket1
